The customer service was tip top, the resort was very well maintained and the rooms were kept clean. Awesome resort, highly recommended and i will definitely return soon.

The room. In desperate need of a facelift. Very disapointed, particulary for the price. Far better options available, including private villas within the vicinity.

Loved both pools! Was nice to have the adult pool option, and so good it is open in the evening untill 10pm!

The location is amazing, and pools great. The staff were very friendly and I had a nice welcome back.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the tv not a smart tv. This did not enable the use of screening from devices, which is standard at all hotels of this level and cost of room.

Over priced very old hotel, rooms at the back of hotel were very noisy due to close proximity to street and carpark.

Beautiful grounds to walk through. Room well appointed and exactly as described. Shower was lovely with the outside feel. Breakfast selection was excellent. Pool area was lovely too-great for families.

Hard to get a lounger near the pool as lots of people had put towels on them. The policy states not to leave towels however no one enforced this and left me frustrated that I had to be so far from the pool.

There was construction work in the bedroom next door and we were not informed about that. My daughter, husband and their 5 month old baby had a room opposite us and had to ask for another room. Staff should have informed us. It really now feels like we paid way too much for this hotel.

I didn’t like the outdoor bathroom in the ground floor deluxe villa. This design needs to be fixed. It’s way too hot to use this bathroom as it’s suffocating. If you had to do your makeup in here, forget it, it would slide right off. I prefer enclosed bathroom with air conditioning. The bathroom has many cockroaches in the shower stones, due to the heat.

Resort was beautiful, gardens and community areas were so well maintained and presented. Staff were all lovely and accommodating. Will be back.

Pool has a few areas that need renovating, very minor negative though overall.

The staff are excellent and the buffet is very good. The magic show dinner was quite good, although expensive.

I feel the property is quite run down. The pools and slides were loved by the kids but just some details could have been a bit better considering the $400 AUD /night price tag. Also don't quite understand the process of putting the credit card on the room. I assume you put a card down and then you can spend what you like, but in this case you have to nominate an amount to take from your card at check in, then you spend that amount. I don't know how on earth I am supposed to know how much we will spend in 5 days. Then once you reach the limit you get a letter under your door everyday like you are some sort of scammer, saying you have reached your credit limit. Not a great experience and this needs to be fixed. note - this seems to be the case at all resorts in Bali now for some reason

Facilities are a bit outdated, the water in the bathroom smelt really bad including in the shower, we ended up using bottled water to shower. For the price you pay you could definitely find better for better value. Some staff were lovely, credit to them however other staff not so much.

The staff, as always are lovely. Have been going to the Mandira for 23 years.

Had to wait too long to get into our room. Preference for cleaning should be given to rooms that have been vacated.

Breakfast was superb, the pool was stunning and the general location was perfect

Very nice hotel with superb location. Its perfect for family holiday. I would have preferred booking room in their delux range but it was booked out. Will return with kids next time and book in advance.

The area and facilities at the property are fantastic

The Children’s slides need to be monitored by a staff member, that area can become dangerous when so many children are using the slides incorrectly and making it dangerous for the little ones who also want to enjoy the area.

Rooms a bit rundown. personally don't think it has its value for money
